Most orders will receive a tracking number by e-mail which will allow you to track the status of your parcel on-line or by phone.

Orders returned by our carriers due to incorrect addresses and no response to delivery requests will be refunded after 30 days of us receiving the order back from our carrier excluding the shipping charge. Any redeliveries will require another shipping charge.
Large items like Live Steam Controllers, Train Sets and Scalextric Race Sets sent to non UK addresses may incure an additional shipping charge. We will always contact you to advise of the extra charge before we charge you.

Return Policy:
We will accept a wish to cancel your order seven working days starting the day after delivery. During a cancellation of an order, the goods are your responsibility while in your care. Return shipping and insurance is your responsibility.
A full refund is processed no more than 30 days of receiving cancellation notice. All items must be returned un-opened and in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not adhere to the above conditions.
Faulty Items:
For any Hornby, Scalextric, Airfix and Corgi products that develop a fault contact Hornby Customer Care on 01843 233525 and they will be able to repair or replace the faulty item. You can return any item to us and we will return it to Hornby but this will take slightly longer.
For other manufacturers please contact us at sales@megamodelshop.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or repair.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us by email sales@megamodelshop.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement, we may ask you to return the damaged item first. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
All our items come with a standard 12 months warranty against faults due to manufacture, damage due to misuse are not covered.
